About Altrac Spreading
Altrac have been providing professional fertiliser services to the Tasmanian agriculture community for the past seven years. We continue to grow to meet the demand of our valued customers, and deliver quality, professional service – right on schedule with no messing about! We are extremely flexible and understand the needs of our customers. Over the last seven years of operation, we have streamlined the process and strive to ensure that our customers feel at ease with a stress- and hassle-free experience. On the job, we value safety! We are extremely hardworking and get the job done with the latest and OH&S compliance.
We are a reliable, family-operated team ranging from 20-79 years of age, this reflects our experience as a valuable service to the Tasmanian Agriculture sector. Our vehicles are maintained to the highest of standards, that allow for the very best service for our customers. The growing fleet of vehicles at Altrac means that we can offer services quickly and utilise the newest in GPS computer functions to get the best result.
Spreading the love
We enjoy being part and supporting a close-knit community, we proudly sponsor the Campbell Town Show, which was founded in 1838, it’s the longest continually run show in the British Commonwealth and Tasmania’s only Sheep Show. We also sponsor local sporting clubs so that they can continue to play in a safe, fun and healthy environment.
We have very strong values at Altrac, supporting local is one of our biggest passions! Employing 10 local families allows us to spread the love and provide opportunities for Tasmanians. Shopping locally and encouraging others to do the same is another way that we give back to those who support our company and the industry.
