Pivot Rut Machine

Our trial at the property of Beaufront for Julian Von Bibra over the last 2 years has been extremely successful.

We wanted something that had side delivering capabilities and with a good friend of the business was able to design and manufacture something I think is brilliant. Product was sourced on the property and consists of a sandy material which disperses out of the spreader bin onto the rear conveyor beautifully. The trial saw approximately 3-4000 t of product rolled out into the ruts and the end result was excellent. No matter how deep the ruts are, we are able to get them all back to where they should be. I would say it is a huge frustration for farmers to see Irrigators getting bogged in ruts and causing damage to the machine or also quite often utes driving through the paddock and hitting one rut which can tear out the front end easily.

Product can be sourced from us, we go through Michael George at TasMulch, who can deliver the appropriate product at the right price. However, there are many properties through the Midlands that have putty sand on it, which makes your exercise much more affordable as well.
